Hand Drawn Renderings and Floor Plans for 833 Burgundy

This project was completed for a property owner who wanted to show prospective buyers the potential of his building without actually renovating it. MKS came to the table with a lean plan to create schematic floor plans and hand-drawn vignettes to visualize what would be possible in the building.

We believe hand drawings are powerful in this context as opposed to computer-aided renderings because they show the client something representing an interpretation, not a finished-looking product.
